When people ask us what we do, we tell them we're responsible for the most important mission of all: bringing stories to life. Understory Docs specializes in documentary photography and video. with an emphasis on uplifting stories of artists and activists. From small to big-budget projects—every production is unique and challenging. We're always looking for brand new ideas and creators to work together with.
We believe that images and films are powerful social justice tools. We work collaboratively with activists, artists, and community organizers to create films that amplify their stories and social change goals for the long term.
